New Road Sweeper Fleet Opts For Sentinel

A new fleet of Road Sweepers have recently been outfitted with Sentinel's camera recording equipment. With vehicles of this type that spend time at slow speeds near pedestrians and other road users it is important that they are properly protected. These cameras provide a dual purpose by both showing the driver a live view and recording all the images for viewing later if required. This increases the level of safety as the driver’s blind spots are eliminated allowing them to be aware of everything around the vehicle. With the addition of the DVR the recordings can also be used later to provide evidence for any incidents that do occur. Alongside responsible driving the recordings are good protection against unfortunate and sometimes fraudulent claims.
